There is indeed a lot of callisthenics gear around even for cheap on Amazon, basically in every country. Some of those dropshippers also distribute good gear, but most do not and sell the same low-quality gear by an identical producer, just with their label branded onto it. My Experience
My first pieces of equipment were the low-quality, 'cheaper' tools. But let me tell you how pissed off I got after setting up my wooden rings for the thousands time without a meter, readjusting it after every exercise. Plus, the straps eventually tore, and I had to replace them all after roughly 4 years of abuse from my side.
It is these tiny details and things that matter and just feel right. Especially regarding gear like rings, parallettes, pullup bars and the like. These are things you buy once in your lifetime.
