Great Programs and Courses for optimal Performance & Health

Having someone write your programs who knows his craft can save you a lot of time and frustration. I especially experienced that when learning the handstand - instead of puzzling together programs on my own, I put my trust into professionals who stand on their hand for ages and know the exercises and can integrate them into the context of a beginner picking it up anew.
